Put the AI receptionist on your own domain, under your own brand
On the White label plan, your clients use your product, not Avoonta. You set your own web address, name, logo, color and sending address, so clients see your brand in the app, on the login page and in emails.
Your app on your own web address
Give your clients their own login address, such as app.youragency.com. You need the White label plan and access to your domain's DNS settings. Open Agency > Custom domain, type the sub-address and add the CNAME record shown at your registrar.
Bare domains such as youragency.com are refused, so your main website keeps working. Avoonta checks for the record automatically every 5 minutes, for up to 48 hours.
- Status moves from Pending to Active to SSL active
- Clients log in at your address and see your brand
- Invite and email links point to your address
- Your partner program pages live on it too
Your name, logo and color
Open Agency > Branding to set the brand your clients see in place of Avoonta. Type your App name, upload your logo, pick your Primary colour and add the support email your clients should write to.
The platform name is removed from the app name automatically. A support email that contains the platform name is not shown to clients.
- Logo files: PNG, JPEG or WebP
- Logo size: 512 KB at most, square works best
- The agency owner and Owners or Admins of your agency workspace can change it
Sign-in and notification emails under your brand
On White label, the emails your clients get come from your name and your address, with your logo. Set a display name, a from address on your own domain and an optional reply-to, then add the DNS records shown.
Your clients' notification emails wait until your sender is verified, so the platform name is never revealed to them.
- Edit the Invite, Password reset, Low balance alert and Weekly summary emails
- Preview with sample values or send yourself a test
- Emails use the logo and color from Agency > Branding
What your clients see
Your product name, logo and color appear in the sidebar and on every page. Clients see the support email you set, and they pay you through your own Stripe account, with the charge showing your brand.
- Google sign-in is not offered on white-labelled accounts
- Until your web address is active, client links use the standard app address but still show your brand inside the app
- Your agency workspace also shows your brand
Plan and client pricing
White label is $399/month and includes everything in Agency. You get 1,500 minutes every month, shared across your clients, and they reset monthly.
You set your own client price above the wholesale cost in Client prices, between your cost and the maximum shown. You can create your own plans and sign-up page, and clients pay you directly through your own Stripe.
- Unlimited client accounts, AI Agents and team members
- Plans are month to month
- You can move from Agency to White label from your billing page

Compliance on every call
- AI disclosure. Every call, outgoing and incoming, opens with a fixed line saying the agent is an AI assistant for your business.
- Consent. In the US, an AI agent may only call or text people who agreed to be contacted by your business. Avoonta refuses to call a lead without that agreement, and keeps proof of it with every call and text.
- Calling hours. Avoonta only dials, retries and texts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the lead's own local time.
- Do-not-call list. The list is checked before every dial, retry and text. If it cannot be read for any reason, Avoonta refuses to dial rather than guess.
Questions
Which plan do I need for white label?
You need the White label plan, which is $399/month with 1,500 minutes included. On the Agency plan, the branding page shows White-label plan required.
Can I use my main domain for client logins?
No. Use a sub-address like app.youragency.com or portal.youragency.com. Bare domains are refused so your main website keeps working.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
White-labelling never hides that the caller is an AI.
What happens if I leave the White label plan?
Your clients see the standard Avoonta look again, and your web address stops working.
Can my clients sign in with Google?
No. Google sign-in is not offered on white-labelled accounts, so clients sign in with email and password.
