Connect your Facebook Pages directly
The direct connection calls new leads from your Facebook and Instagram lead forms within seconds. Leads from Instagram ads arrive through the Facebook Page linked to the ad.
Go to Settings > Connections & lead links > Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads and press Connect Facebook. Log in, allow access to your Pages and their leads, then choose the Pages that run your lead ads. A Page shows Receiving leads once Facebook sends its leads to Avoonta.

Prefer Zapier or Make? Use a trigger link
Each AI agent has its own trigger link. Anything that can send a web request can post leads to it, including Facebook Lead Ads through Zapier or Make. The agent then calls each lead within seconds.
In Zapier, choose Facebook Lead Ads > New Lead. In Make, choose Watch new leads. Then post to your trigger link and map phone, first_name, email and the lead's created time. Submit your own form to test it. Your phone should ring within about 20 seconds. On Zapier's free plan, it can take a few minutes.
- Fields are found by name, so phone, mobile and cell all work.
- Up to 60 leads a minute per link.
- If your tool sends the exact same lead twice within 24 hours, it is only called once.
What the agent does on the call
You set the name the agent says, your business name, the voice, the call language, what it says and 3 to 5 questions it should find out. The agent uses only the facts you give it. If it does not know something, it says the team will follow up.
With the goal Book on my calendar and a connected calendar, the agent books a time while the lead is still on the phone. It offers two or three free times from your calendar and reads back the one the lead picks. It books only after a clear yes.

Follow-up when a lead does not pick up
Most bookings happen on call 2 or 3. The follow-up plan decides what the agent does when a lead doesn't pick up.
The agent dials with voicemail screening. It only starts talking when a real person says hello. If voicemail answers, it hangs up, sends the text after voicemail if that is on and schedules the next try.
- Call up to 1, 2 or 3 calls in total, counting the first call. The default is 3.
- Wait 15 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, until the next day, or a custom time between calls.
- Unanswered calls and voicemail checks are free to you.
- The plan stops once the lead answers and the call ends.
Hand hot leads to your team live
When a hot lead wants a person, the agent can ring your team and hand the call over. Before it transfers, the agent tells the person it is putting them through.
- Transfer when the lead asks for a real person.
- Transfer when the lead qualifies and wants to talk now.
- Transfer when the lead says words or phrases you choose.
- If nobody picks up, the agent takes a message or books the lead in instead.

Compliance on every call
- AI disclosure. Every call, outgoing and incoming, opens with a fixed line saying the agent is an AI assistant for your business.
- Consent. In the US, an AI agent may only call or text people who agreed to be contacted by your business. Avoonta refuses to call a lead without that agreement, and keeps proof of it with every call and text.
- Calling hours. Avoonta only dials, retries and texts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the lead's own local time.
- Do-not-call list. The list is checked before every dial, retry and text. If it cannot be read for any reason, Avoonta refuses to dial rather than guess.

Does this work with Instagram lead ads too?
Yes. Leads from Instagram ads arrive through the Facebook Page linked to the ad.
Which Facebook leads get called?
A lead is called only when its form has a consent rule, the lead gave consent under it, calling is on, and the lead gave a phone number. Leads that are not called are kept and shown under Recent leads.
Do I pay for calls nobody answers?
No. Unanswered calls and voicemail checks are free to you. Talk time is billed in whole minutes, rounded up, from the moment a person answers.
Can the agent call my leads in Spanish?
Each agent speaks one language, and Spanish (United States) is one of the choices. To reach English and Spanish speakers, use two agents, one per language.
Can I see what happened with each lead?
Yes. Click any lead in Leads & Calls to see the agent's answers, a timeline of every step, the recording and the full transcript.
