Call every new lead within seconds from any form with a trigger link or the API
Post each new lead to Avoonta from your form, CRM or automation tool, and an AI agent calls that lead within seconds. You pick a no-code trigger link or the API, and your system hears what happened through a signed webhook.
The trigger link: one URL, no code
Every AI agent has its own trigger link. POST a lead to it from Zapier, Make, HighLevel, Typeform or Facebook Lead Ads (through Zapier or Make), and the agent calls that lead within seconds. You need no API key and no code.
A new trigger link is off and accepts nothing. An owner or admin turns it on under Connect & Billing > Trigger links, and the agent must be published first.
- A phone number is required. Field names do not need to be exact, so phone, mobile, cell and similar all work.
- Send JSON or form fields, at most 64 KB. Only POST is accepted.
- Up to 60 leads a minute per link.
- The same payload sent to the same link within 24 hours returns the first order and does not call again.
- Each agent has its own link, so pick the right agent's card before you copy.
Keep the link secret and test it first
The long random token in the link is the credential. Treat the whole URL like a password.
Never put the trigger link in the HTML of a public page. Post your form to your own server, or to Zapier or Make, and forward it from there.
- Press Send a test lead and use your own phone.
- The number must be one you confirmed with a one-time code.
- A test lead is called once, with no follow-up text.
The API: full control from your own software
Developers send leads with POST /v1/orders and an API key. The API gives you a per-order webhook URL, your own reference IDs and idempotency, which the trigger link does not offer.
Every request and response body is JSON, and all requests must use HTTPS. Errors always have the same shape, so your code can handle them one way.
- GET /v1/agents lists agents that can take orders.
- GET /v1/me checks a key: its workspace, live or test.
- Leads sent through the API can carry their own retry settings, which apply to that order.
The result webhook tells your system what happened
Leads from a trigger link report to your workspace's default webhook URL, if set. API orders can use their own webhook URL.
- order.completed: the order reached a final status, such as BOOKED, QUALIFIED, DISQUALIFIED or FAILED.
- order.updated: an attempt reached nobody and a retry is scheduled, or call analysis adds to the qualification.
- The payload carries the status, qualification answers and summary, appointment details, a recording link and the transcript.
- A delivery ID stays the same on retries of one delivery, so use it to ignore repeats.
- New fields are added without notice, so build your code to ignore fields it does not know.
Follow-up when a lead does not pick up
Each lead follows the agent's follow-up plan on the Follow-up tab. Until you change it, that is up to 3 attempts, 120 minutes apart, with the fallback text on.
The agent dials with voicemail screening and only starts talking when a real person says hello. Unanswered calls and voicemail checks are free to you.
- Call up to 1, 2 or 3 calls in total, counting the first call.
- Wait 15 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, the next day, or a custom gap between calls.
- The plan stops once the lead answers and the call ends, whatever the result.
What it costs
You only pay talk time once a real person answers. Every plan includes the REST API, signed webhooks and test mode.
- Launch: $79/month, 200 talk minutes included.
- Agency: $199/month, 750 talk minutes included.
- White label: $399/month, 1,500 talk minutes included.

Compliance on every call
- AI disclosure. Every call, outgoing and incoming, opens with a fixed line saying the agent is an AI assistant for your business.
- Consent. In the US, an AI agent may only call or text people who agreed to be contacted by your business. Avoonta refuses to call a lead without that agreement, and keeps proof of it with every call and text.
- Calling hours. Avoonta only dials, retries and texts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the lead's own local time.
- Do-not-call list. The list is checked before every dial, retry and text. If it cannot be read for any reason, Avoonta refuses to dial rather than guess.
Questions
What consent must each lead carry?
Every lead must arrive with a consent record: that they opted in, when (a real date and time with a time zone) and, ideally, where (the form, page or ad).
Do I need a developer to call leads from my form?
No. Paste your agent's trigger link into Zapier, Make, HighLevel, Typeform or a similar tool, and the agent calls each new lead within seconds. You need no API key and no code.
What if my form tool sends the same lead twice?
The same payload sent to the same link within 24 hours returns the first order and does not call again. Key order in the JSON does not matter.
Why does my trigger link return 404?
The link is off, or the agent is switched off. Turn the link on under Connect & Billing > Trigger links, and make sure the agent is published.
How do I tell test results from real ones in my webhook?
The test field is true for an order placed with an av_test_ key. Ignore these in production.
