Avoonta

Resell an AI receptionist as your own product, with your brand and your prices

With the White label plan, your clients use your product, not Avoonta. You choose what each client pays and keep the difference, while their receptionist answers their phone any time.

Your brand in the app and on the login page

Your brand is what your clients see in place of Avoonta: in the app, on the login page and in emails. You set it once under Agency > Branding.

Our platform name is removed from the app name automatically. If nothing is left, your agency name is used.

  • App name: the product name your clients see.
  • Logo: PNG, JPEG or WebP, 512 KB at most. A square logo works best.
  • Primary colour, used in the app and in emails.
  • Support email: clients see the one you set, not ours.

Your own web address for client logins

Give your clients their own login address, such as app.youragency.com. You add one CNAME record at your domain company, and we check for it automatically every 5 minutes, for up to 48 hours.

Once it is active, your clients log in at your address and see your brand. Invite and email links point to your address, and your partner program pages live on it too.

  • Use a sub-address like app.youragency.com or portal.youragency.com.
  • Bare domains are refused so your main website keeps working.
  • The status moves from Pending to Active to SSL active.
  • An Email these steps to my web person link sends the record values for you.

Emails from your own domain

On White label, the emails your clients get come from your name and your address, with your logo. Our name never appears in them.

You set a display name, a from address on your own domain and an optional reply-to, then add the DNS records shown. Your clients' notification emails wait until your sender is verified, so the platform name is never revealed to them.

  • Edit the subject and body of the Invite, Password reset, Low balance alert and Weekly summary emails.
  • Preview with sample values or send yourself a test.
  • Reset to default brings back the standard wording.

Client pricing and your markup

You pay wholesale. You choose what each client pays. The difference is your profit.

You set default prices for call minutes, phone numbers and text segments, then change them for any single client. A price can't go below what you pay or above the maximum shown.

  • Clients never see your wholesale price.
  • New prices apply from the next minute, number renewal or text used.
  • Your own plans and sign-up page: clients sign up on your page.
  • Your own Stripe: clients pay you directly, and the charge shows your brand.

What the receptionist does for your clients

Any agent can answer calls to one of your client's phone numbers. The 24/7 receptionist template answers common questions from its knowledge and takes messages.

  • Picks up incoming calls any time.
  • Saves the caller's name on their record when they give it.
  • Live transfer and booking work as on outgoing calls.
  • Sends an email with the summary and a Call back link when a call ends qualified or with an appointment booked.

Agency or White label: which plan

Both plans let you run AI Agents for as many clients as you like and resell the minutes at your own price. The difference is whose brand your clients see.

Plans are month to month. You can move from Agency to White label from your billing page.

  • Launch: $79 a month, 200 talk minutes, for one business.
  • Agency: $199 a month, 750 minutes shared across all your clients.
  • White label: $399 a month, 1,500 minutes shared across clients, plus your own brand, web address, emails and partner program.
  • Unlimited client accounts, with no fee per client.

Compliance on every call

  • AI disclosure. Every call, outgoing and incoming, opens with a fixed line saying the agent is an AI assistant for your business.
  • Consent. In the US, an AI agent may only call or text people who agreed to be contacted by your business. Avoonta refuses to call a lead without that agreement, and keeps proof of it with every call and text.
  • Calling hours. Avoonta only dials, retries and texts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the lead's own local time.
  • Do-not-call list. The list is checked before every dial, retry and text. If it cannot be read for any reason, Avoonta refuses to dial rather than guess.

Questions

Will my clients see the Avoonta name?

No. On the White label plan, your clients use your product, not Avoonta. They see your name, logo and web address, and get emails from your domain.

Can I charge different clients different prices?

Yes. Open the client from Agency > Clients and change any of the three prices under This client's prices. Press Use my default prices to go back to your defaults.

Does white-labelling hide that callers are talking to an AI?

White-labelling never hides that the caller is an AI. Your brand appears in the app, on the login page and in emails.

Can I start on Agency and move to White label later?

Yes. Plans are month to month, and you can move from Agency to White label from your billing page. On the Agency plan, the branding page shows White-label plan required.

How do my clients sign in?

Clients sign in with email and password at your web address. Google sign-in is not offered on white-labelled accounts.
