How to start an AI receptionist and speed-to-lead offer for your clients
With Avoonta, you run AI agents for your clients that answer their phones, call new leads within seconds, book appointments and follow up. You manage every client from one login, at your own prices, and on White label under your own brand.
Decide what your offer includes
Each AI agent has a name, a voice, a language, a short script and a goal.
The goal can be to book on your client's calendar, transfer a hot lead to their team live, or save the answers.
- Inbound answering: assign an agent to a client's number and it picks up incoming calls as a receptionist, any time of day.
- Calling new leads: when a lead arrives from a trigger link, an integration or the API, the agent rings them within seconds.
- Booking: with a connected calendar, the agent books a time while the lead is still on the phone.
- Follow-up: if nobody answers, the agent tries again on the follow-up plan and can send a text with the booking link.
Step 1: Add a client account
Each client gets their own account with its own AI agents, numbers, leads, calendar and wallet. There is no fee per client.
- Open Agency > Clients and press Add client.
- Enter the business name, time zone, and the owner's name and email.
- Leave Send invite ticked to email the owner now, or untick it to set things up first.
- Press Create client. Invite links last 7 days.
Step 2: Install a template or industry snapshot
Build an AI agent once, save it as a template, and install it into any client in one click. Templates are private to your agency.
Agency and White label plans also include ready-made industry setups for 200+ industries, with a script, follow-up plan and texts.
- On a template, press Install and choose the client to install into.
- An industry set-up adds 5 agents: new leads, follow-up, receptionist, reminders and one role that fits the trade.
- Industry agents arrive as Drafts, and you can change every word afterwards.
Step 3: Connect the calendar and number, then test
After installing, switch into the client to connect their calendar and number, test the agent, and go live.
Every new agent starts as a Draft. Nothing rings anyone until you press Go live.
- Connect a calendar under Numbers & calendar: Google Calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365, HighLevel, Cal.com or a custom availability link.
- Set the agent's goal to Book on my calendar and press Publish changes.
- On the client's number, set AI agent on this number to the agent.
- Call the number from your own phone to hear it.
How the pricing structure works
You pay Avoonta a plan fee and wholesale usage. You choose what each client pays, between your cost and the maximum shown on the page.
Each client pays your price from their own wallet. At the same time, your agency wallet pays the wholesale cost, using your included monthly minutes first. Clients never see your wholesale price.
- Launch: $79/month, 200 talk minutes included.
- Agency: $199/month, 750 talk minutes included, shared across clients.
- White label: $399/month, 1500 talk minutes included, shared across clients, plus your own brand.
- Set default client prices for minutes, numbers and texts under Agency > Client prices, or give one client its own prices.
Send reports to your clients
Agency > Reports shows a client breakdown with talk minutes, bookings, balance and a Runs out estimate of days until each balance is used up.
Press Send report in a client's row, and the owner gets an email about last month.
- The report shows talk minutes, appointments booked and their current balance.
- It never shows your profit or your wholesale prices.
- On White label, it arrives in your brand.
- Inside a client account, Reports shows leads, answer rate, bookings and cost per booking.

Compliance on every call
- AI disclosure. Every call, outgoing and incoming, opens with a fixed line saying the agent is an AI assistant for your business.
- Consent. In the US, an AI agent may only call or text people who agreed to be contacted by your business. Avoonta refuses to call a lead without that agreement, and keeps proof of it with every call and text.
- Calling hours. Avoonta only dials, retries and texts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the lead's own local time.
- Do-not-call list. The list is checked before every dial, retry and text. If it cannot be read for any reason, Avoonta refuses to dial rather than guess.
Questions
Is there a fee for each client I add?
No. Client accounts are unlimited, with no fee per client.
Does the receptionist answer calls outside business hours?
Yes.
Will my clients see my wholesale prices?
No. Clients never see your wholesale price, and client report emails never show your profit or wholesale prices.
Do compliance rules apply to my clients?
Compliance applies to every client on both plans. The AI disclosure, consent records, 8am-8pm calling hours and do-not-call checks cannot be turned off.
Can I start on Agency and move to White label later?
Yes. Plans are month to month, and you can move from Agency to White label from your billing page.
