Use templates
Templates give you an agent script that already works for your industry, and one place to edit every text Your agents send.
Start an agent from a template
- Open AI Agents, then Templates.
- Under Agents by industry, look at the scripts: Solar, MedSpa, Real estate, Home services, Insurance and Recruiting. Each shows the opening line, the questions it asks and its goal.
- Press Use this template. A new draft agent opens with your business details filled in.
- Change anything you like, test it on your phone, then press Go live.
Edit your text messages
- In Templates, open Text messages.
- Pick one: Voicemail follow-up, Booking confirmation, Appointment reminder or Opt-out reply.
- Edit the words. Use Insert to add the first name, your business, the appointment time or your booking link. The grey chips are filled in for each lead.
- Check the preview on the right. “Reply STOP to opt out” is added to every text automatically.
- For the reminder, choose to send it 24 hours before or 2 hours before.
The Opt-out reply is required. You can reword it but not turn it off.
WhatsApp sending is Coming soon. Until then, all texts go by SMS.
