Teach Your agent about your business

Your agent only uses facts you give it. If something is not there, it says someone will confirm, and never makes it up.

Step by step

1. Open AI Agents, press Edit, and choose the Knowledge tab.
2. Under Common questions, press + Add a question. Type the Question and Alex's answer, then press Save.
3. Under Prices and services, press + Add a service. Turn on Alex may say prices out loud only if you want prices said on calls.
4. Under Where you work, add a state, city or zip code. Write what the agent says if a lead is outside your area.
5. Fill in Hours and quick facts: office hours, address and other facts.
6. Use Test a question: type what a lead might ask and press Ask to see the exact answer.
7. Press Publish changes.

Questions Alex couldn't answer lists questions leads asked this week. Press Add answer and Your agent will know next time.

Up to 6,000 characters. The Space used bar shows where you are. Shorter is better: Your agent answers faster.
