Connect your HighLevel calendar

If you already book appointments in HighLevel, Your agent can book into the same calendar, so your team sees everything in one place.

Step by step

1. Open Numbers & Calendar and find Booking calendar.
2. On the HighLevel calendar card, press Connect.
3. Sign in to HighLevel and allow access.
4. Choose the HighLevel account and the calendar Your agents should book into.
5. The card now says Connected.

After you connect

Your agents now check free times and book while the lead is still on the phone. To make sure booking is switched on for an agent, open it in AI Agents and choose Book on my calendar under 4 · When the lead is a good fit.

Under My own booking link, add the link we text when a lead misses the call.
