Your do-not-call list

Your agents never call or text a number on this list again, from any agent. People are added automatically when they ask, and you can add numbers yourself.

Add numbers yourself

1. Open Settings, then Do-not-call list under Staying legal.
2. Press Add numbers.
3. Paste one number per line, or separate them with commas. Any format works.
4. Check the count it found, for example “4 numbers found · 0 already on your list”.
5. Add a Note if you want, then press the Add button (it shows the count, for example Add 4 numbers).

How people are added automatically

• They tell Your agent “stop calling” or similar. You can press Hear the call.
• They reply STOP to a text.
• You press Never call again on a lead.

Removing a number

Only remove a number if the person clearly asked, in writing, to hear from you again. Press Remove, tick that they asked to be contacted again and you have proof, then press Remove number.

Why it matters

In the US, calling someone who asked you to stop can cost $500 to $1,500 per call. Keep this list for at least 5 years.
