Get a local phone number

Leads answer local numbers more often. Your Launch plan includes your own local number; extra numbers are $3.00 a month each.

Step by step

1. Open Numbers & Calendar.
2. Under Phone numbers, find Get a local number.
3. Type an Area code near your leads, for example 602, and press Find numbers.
4. Pick a number from the list and press Get this number. It is ready in about a minute.
5. Under Answers incoming calls, pick the agent who picks up when someone rings this number, or Nobody.
6. Under Calls leads from, pick the agents that should show this number when they ring leads.

Number settings

Click a number to see its calls and texts this month and its Settings: Record calls, Forward to a person after hours and Caller ID name. To change who uses it, press Change under Who uses this number.

Texting from your number

Calls work straight away. Follow-up texts start once your US texting registration is approved. See US texting registration.
