Set your markup (what clients pay)

You pay the wholesale price. You choose what your clients pay. The difference is your profit, paid to your Stripe.

Step by step

1. Open Your prices & profit.
2. Under What your clients pay, set Call talk time per minute. You pay $0.12; many agencies charge $0.25 to $0.35.
3. Set Phone number per month. You pay $3.00; many agencies charge $5 to $10.
4. Set Follow-up text. You pay $0.015; many agencies charge $0.02 to $0.04.
5. Each line shows “You keep” so you see your profit as you type. Save.

Different prices for one client

1. Open the client from Clients.
2. Under Their prices, change talk time, phone number or monthly fee. These override your defaults for that client only.
3. Press Save prices.

New prices apply from the next minute used. When a price goes up, we email the client a short notice 7 days before.
