Set up your first AI Agent

Your AI Agent is the voice that rings your leads, asks your questions and books them in. The fastest way to start is a ready-made agent: we fill in the script, you add your business details.

Step by step

1. Open AI Agents in the menu and press New agent. (On a brand-new account, the welcome steps show the same choice.)
2. Choose what the agent should do:
   • Lead qualifier (Alex): calls new leads in 20 seconds, asks your questions and books good fits.
   • Appointment reminder (Maya): calls the day before to confirm, and rebooks no-shows.
   • 24/7 receptionist (Sam): answers your phone day and night.
   • Start from scratch: a blank agent you write yourself.
3. Press Hear a sample if you want to listen first, then press Use this.
4. We fill in your business details. Check 1 · Who is calling: the Agent name, your business name and the voice.
5. Read 2 · How Alex opens the call and change the opening words if you like. The AI notice at the start is always said first and cannot be removed.
6. Under 3 · What Alex should find out, keep 3 to 5 short questions.
7. Under 4 · When the lead is a good fit, choose Book on my calendar, Transfer to me live or Just send me the answers.
8. Press Test call my phone and listen to the call as your leads will hear it. See Test call your phone.
9. Happy with it? Press Go live. Every agent starts as a draft, and nothing rings anyone until you go live.
