The Avoonta partner program for agencies and consultants who refer instead of resell
The Avoonta partner program pays you 40% of the plan fee on every paid plan invoice from each business you refer, for as long as that business keeps paying for a plan. It is free to join, and usage never counts toward commission.
How the partner program works
You send businesses to Avoonta with your partner link. When a business you referred pays a plan invoice, a commission appears in your partner portal.
The deal is simple: 40% of the plan fee, for the life of the paying customer.

What earns commission and what never does
Only the plan part of an invoice counts. The base is what was actually collected for the plan, after discounts and credits and without tax.
Yearly plans earn 40% of the yearly fee, paid to you in 12 monthly parts.
- Counts: the Launch, Agency and White label plan fees, billed monthly or yearly.
- Never counts: call minutes, phone number fees, text messages, wallet top-ups and auto-refills, and taxes.
- The Developer plan has no monthly fee, so it produces no commission.
- If a referred business changes plan, your 40% follows the new plan price from the next paid invoice.
Tracking, holds and payouts
When someone opens the Avoonta website through your link, a cookie is set that lasts 90 days. The visitor becomes your referral when they create their Avoonta account within that window.
Each commission is held for 30 days, then joins your monthly payout. Payouts run monthly, on the 1st, and are sent by PayPal.
- If the same visitor later clicks another partner's link, the newer click replaces yours.
- The referral is fixed once the account is created.
- A tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN) must be on file before you are paid.
- Your Dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups and the next payout date.
Referring vs reselling on the Agency or White label plan
Referring means the business buys its own Avoonta plan and you earn commission on its plan fees. Reselling means you run AI Agents for your clients on your own plan and set your own client prices.
The Agency plan is $199/month with 750 minutes included every month, shared across all your clients. The White label plan is $399/month with 1,500 minutes included, plus your own brand.
- Both reseller plans include unlimited client accounts, with no fee per client.
- You set your own client price for minutes, numbers and texts above your wholesale cost, such as $0.12 per extra minute.
- White label adds your product name, logo and colour, your own web address for client logins and emails from your own domain.
- Plans are month to month, and you can move from Agency to White label from your billing page.
Run your own partner program on White label
On the White label plan, your agency can run its own partner program: people refer clients to you and earn a share of what those clients pay. This is separate from the Avoonta partner program, and your partners only ever see your brand.
You need the White label plan and an active custom domain. Partner links and the partner portal live on your own domain.
- Set a percent of what the client pays, for the life of the client or for a number of months, or a fixed amount per new paying client.
- Choose cookie length, hold before payable and minimum payout.
- Commissions are earned on money a referred client adds to its wallet by card.
- Payouts are created on the 1st of each month, and you pay your partners yourself.

- You need a partner account, not a business account.
- Your link name cannot be changed later, so pick one you are happy with.

Compliance on every call
- AI disclosure. Every call, outgoing and incoming, opens with a fixed line saying the agent is an AI assistant for your business.
- Consent. In the US, an AI agent may only call or text people who agreed to be contacted by your business. Avoonta refuses to call a lead without that agreement, and keeps proof of it with every call and text.
- Calling hours. Avoonta only dials, retries and texts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the lead's own local time.
- Do-not-call list. The list is checked before every dial, retry and text. If it cannot be read for any reason, Avoonta refuses to dial rather than guess.
Questions
Do call minutes or wallet top-ups earn commission?
No. Call minutes, phone numbers, texts and wallet top-ups or refills earn nothing. Only the plan fee counts.
What happens if a business I referred cancels?
Commission stops and the referral shows as Ended. If they resubscribe within 90 days of cancelling, they are yours again and the referral turns Active.
Can I use my agency's business account to join?
No. You need a partner account, not a business account. Joining is free.
Can I refer my own business?
No. Self-referral is not allowed, including yourself, your own business, a business you own or work for, anyone in your household, or accounts you control.
How is my own White label partner program different from the Avoonta program?
It is separate from the Avoonta partner program, and your partners only ever see your brand. You set the commission and pay your partners yourself.
