Commission applies to the Launch, Agency and White label plan fees, on both monthly and yearly billing. Current plans are Launch at $79/month, Agency at $199/month and White label at $399/month.
The base is what was actually collected for the plan, after discounts and credits and without tax. Yearly fees are paid to you in 12 monthly parts. If a referred business changes plan, your 40% follows the new plan price from the next paid invoice. If it cancels, commission stops. If it resubscribes within 90 days, the referral turns active again.
- Call minutes and the per-minute rate never count.
- Phone number fees and text messages never count.

How Avoonta tracks referrals: 90-day cookie, last click wins
When someone opens the Avoonta website through your link, a cookie is set that lasts 90 days. If the same visitor later clicks another partner's link, the newer click replaces yours.
The visitor becomes your referral when they create their Avoonta account within 90 days of clicking your link. The referral is then fixed, and every paid plan invoice of that account earns you commission. There is no deadline for their first payment.

- Referrals may not be tracked if cookies were blocked or cleared, or the person signed up on a different device or browser.
How Avoonta pays partners
Payouts run monthly, on the 1st. Commissions are held for 30 days after the invoice is paid, then join your approved balance. On payout day you get one payout for your whole approved balance when it is at least $50, a W-9 or W-8BEN is on file and your partner account is active. A smaller balance carries over to next month.
