Zapier and Make link Avoonta to thousands of apps: Typeform, Google Sheets, Jotform, your website form and more.

Step by step

1. In Avoonta, open Connect & Billing, then Your tools, and press Copy trigger link on the Zapier · Make · n8n card.
2. In Zapier, make a new Zap and pick the app your leads come from as the trigger (for example Typeform, “New Entry”). In Make, start a scenario with that app.
3. Add an action: in Zapier Webhooks by Zapier with POST; in Make the HTTP “Make a request” module with method POST.
4. Paste the trigger link as the URL.
5. Add the lead's details using these keys:

   Key to type	What to send	Needed?
   phone	The lead's phone number	Required
   first_name	Their first name	Recommended, so the agent greets them by name
   email	Their email	Optional, for the booking invite
   consent	The “I agree to be called…” checkbox on your form	Required. No consent, no call.

6. Turn it on, then press Send a test lead in Avoonta or fill in your own form.

Send results back

To get call results into another app, open Your tools and under Send results to choose Zapier / Make. See Send results to your CRM.
