How billing works: minutes, wallet and auto-refill
You pay a monthly plan, and your plan includes talk minutes. If you use more, the extra comes out of your wallet. You only pay for calls someone answers.

Included minutes reset each month and also cover follow-up texts. Unused included minutes do not carry over. All plans include unlimited AI Agents and unlimited team members.
Yearly billing
Launch, Agency and White label plans are available on an annual billing cycle. You pay for 10 months and get 12 months of service — the equivalent of 2 months free.

Included minutes still reset monthly on a yearly plan — there is no annual pool. The yearly amount is charged once upfront and renews automatically. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal. After 14 days the fee is non-refundable but your plan runs to the end of the year. See Cancel your plan for details.
What costs extra on Launch
- Talk time beyond your included minutes: $0.25 a minute, counted from when the lead answers, per started minute.
- Extra phone numbers: $3.00 a month each.
- Follow-up texts: $0.02 per text.
- Voicemail check and unanswered calls: free.

The wallet
Your wallet holds money you add. Once your included minutes are used, calls and texts are paid from it. Money you add never expires.
See it in Connect & Billing then Wallet & plan. The wallet pill at the top of every page shows your balance.
Add money or turn on auto-refill
- Open Connect & Billing, then Wallet & plan.
- To top up once, press Add money and pick an amount, such as + $25, + $50 or + $100.
- To never run out, turn on Auto-refill. For example: add $50 to your card whenever your balance drops below $10. It runs at most 3 times a day, and you can turn it off any time.
- Check Transactions for every call, text and top-up. Press Download CSV for a spreadsheet, or PDF for a receipt.
