Live transfer to your team

When a hot lead wants a person, Your agent can ring your team and hand the call over. Hot leads close best in the first 5 minutes.

Step by step

1. Open AI Agents, press Edit, and choose the Live transfer tab.
2. Under 1 · When to transfer, tick what should trigger it: The lead asks for a real person, They qualify and want to talk now, or They say certain words. For words, type a phrase and press Add a word or phrase.
3. Under 2 · Who to ring, in order, check the primary person. Press + Add a number for a backup.
4. Choose how long to Ring each person for: 15, 20 or 30 seconds. While they wait, the lead hears “Still connecting you”.
5. Under 3 · If nobody picks up, choose Take a message and text me or Book them in instead.
6. Under 4 · What each side hears, write the Whisper to your team member. Only your team member hears it. Use Insert answer to add what the lead said.
7. Press Test transfer. The agent rings you as a pretend lead, then rings your team member with the whisper. Test calls are free.
8. Press Publish changes.

What it costs

While a call is transferred, it costs the normal per-minute rate on both lines.
