See and manage upcoming calls

Upcoming calls shows every call Your agents plan to make next, with the reason for each one.

Step by step

1. Open Leads & Calls, then Upcoming calls.
2. See the totals at the top: Next hour, Rest of today, Tomorrow morning and From call lists.
3. Filter by agent, or by Type: Retries and lists, Retries only or List calls only. Use Search upcoming calls to find one person.
4. Each row shows the lead, when they will be called in their own time zone (and your time), and Why, for example “Voicemail on call 1 · text sent”.
5. Press Call now to call straight away, or Cancel to remove that call.
