Limits and compliance

Marketing calls need written consent.

Order confirmation and delivery calls are about a purchase the shopper just made. Abandoned-cart and any other marketing calls need the shopper's prior written consent, collected at checkout and stored with the order. Every call opens with the AI disclosure, runs only between 8am and 8pm in the shopper's time zone, and checks your do-not-call list first.

Is there a Shopify or WooCommerce app?

Not yet. Today you connect your store through Zapier, Make, a webhook or a trigger link, which sends each new order to Avoonta.

Can it call shoppers who abandoned their cart?

Only shoppers who gave prior written consent to marketing calls, for example a clearly worded checkbox at checkout. Without that consent, don't send cart events to it.

Does it take payment on the call?

No. It confirms the order and the cash-on-delivery amount. Payment happens at the door or on your store.

Can it call in the shopper's language?

Yes. It speaks 30+ languages, which helps stores shipping across regions.
