Avoonta for agencies: an overview
The Agency plan lets you run AI Agents for as many clients as you like at prices you set. Upgrade to the White label plan ($399/month) to add your own brand, web address and emails.
What you get
- $199 a month, with 750 minutes included every month at your wholesale price.
- Unlimited client accounts, each with its own agents, numbers and login.
- Your wholesale cost is $0.12 a minute. You set what clients pay and keep the difference.
- Clients never see your wholesale prices.
On the White label plan ($399/month) you also get: your own product name, logo and colour; your own web address for client logins; emails from your domain; your own sign-up page; and clients pay you through your own Stripe. See White-label your brand and web address.

- Clients: every client with bookings, balance and your profit. Press Open as client to work inside their account; press Back to my agency to return.
- Reports: profit by client, clients about to run out of balance, and monthly reports you can send them.

Agency wallet and team
The Agency wallet pays the wholesale cost when you cover a client: credit you gift, clients you bill outside the app, and your own test calls. Clients who pay by card never touch it. Turn on Auto-refill and set a Monthly limit (safety cap).
Press Invite to agency to add staff. An Agency admin manages all clients and sees payouts and the wallet. A Client manager only opens the clients you pick and cannot see payouts, prices or the wallet.
The AI notice still names your client
White label never hides that the agent is an AI. The agent always names itself and says it is a virtual AI assistant calling from your client's business. See The AI notice on every call.
