Read a call transcript and listen to the recording
Every call is saved with a recording, a word-by-word transcript, the lead's answers and a short summary.
Step by step
- Open Leads & Calls. Use the filters (All, Booked, Trying again, Not a fit) or Search leads.
- Click a lead. A panel opens with their answers and score at the top, so you may not need to read further.
- Under What happened, see every step: when the lead arrived, each call, any text sent, and the booking.
- Press play to listen. Press Read full transcript to open the full page.
- On the transcript page you can Search transcript, change the Speed, Copy transcript or Download recording.
- On the right, see What Alex found out, the Summary, Cost of this call and About this lead, including where they agreed to be called.
Act on a lead
- Call again asks the agent to try this lead again.
- Never call again adds them to your do-not-call list.
