Reports show how many leads you got, how many answered and booked, and what each booking cost you.

Step by step

1. Open Leads & Calls, then Reports.
2. Pick a period: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last quarter, or your own dates.
3. Pick one agent or All agents.
4. Read the top numbers: Leads, Answered, Booked, Cost per booking and Avg. time to first call.
5. Scroll for By agent, By lead source, Answer rate by hour of day and From lead to booking, which shows where leads drop off.
6. Press Email me this weekly to get it in your inbox, or Export CSV for a spreadsheet.

Use the tips

Reports point out your biggest drop, for example qualified leads who did not book, and suggest one thing to try.
