Register for US texting

US phone carriers block business texts from senders they do not know. Registering once tells them who you are and what you will send. Every business has to do it. Calls work without it.

Step by step

1. Open Numbers & Calendar and press Finish registration next to your number.
2. Step 1 · Business identity: fill in the legal business name (not your brand name), EIN, Business type, street address, website and a contact name and email. Press Next: what you'll text.
3. Step 2 · What you'll text: we pre-fill sample messages and how people opt in. Check they match what you really send.
4. Step 3 · Review & submit: check everything once, then pay the $4.50 from your wallet.
5. Step 4 · Carrier approval: carriers check your details. This usually takes 1 to 3 business days. We email you when you are approved.
